Wine Oak is one of the strongest smoke flavours giving plenty of smoky flavours to a wide range of foods and can be used for smoking most things, but mainly beef and rich, heavy red meats

It will smoulder and smoke away in the cold smoke generator for hours when the standard sawdust and chip fail.
