For the smoking sawdust please see our other listings, these smokers need the Super Fine grade not the standard Fine, or a mix of both, but needs the super fine to smolder, Specific length of smoke time can vary according to the type and quantity of sawdust used.

COLD SMOKE LIKE A PRO Simply fill the smoke generator with wood dust, place it inside the barbecue, ensure the smoker is well ventilated.
Can use a tealight candle to start, but a lot easier with a small kitchen type butane torch.
Please use the super fine wood dust. Wood chips, coarse sawdust and wood pellets are not suitable as they tend to burn out not smolder away.
PLEASE NOTE: Beware of copies and cheap versions of these smokers as they tend to burn across and flash over
